Why Futsal? Many of the best players to ever play soccer attribute their success to playing Futsal when they were young. Players like Ronaldo, Messi, Pele, Neymar Jr....all played Futsal which helped them take their skills to the next level.
We believe Futsal training will help all of our Invaders players during the winter off-season. The goal is to use Futsal as a way to develop more technical, intelligent and responsible players.
A curriculum to be implemented progressively over the course of the program, emphasizing technical skills and tactical competence, as well as speed, agility, and balance.
We expect that players will see marked improvement in the following areas: ball control, attacking skills, movement off-the-ball, decision-making, passing, balance, athleticism, reflexes, and (for keepers especially) ball-handling, anticipation, playing the angles, challenges, and ball-distribution. Our staff is experienced in both Futsal and Outdoor and provide the highest level of training for the game of Futsal.
Midwest Futsal Academy is led by Bethel College Head Soccer Coach Thiago Pinto. Also, our very own Coach Mamba will be training with some of the age groups as well. Click the link below to signup!
