Session 2:  Open to everyone U17 and under.  $625 for a team registration. Individual $85 per player.

  - Actual league format (scores will be posted and standings calculated)

  - 6 divisions – U9/U10, U11/U12, U13/U14, U15 and U17 Boys/Girls

  - 7 V 7 Format (7 Includes goalie)                       

  - 8 total play dates – includes tournament, includes awards 

Team Registration Form.  This form is for complete teams to register. 

Individual Player Form.  This form is for players without a team.  We will form teams for you! Fill out this form and send it in with your payment to be placed on a house team.
